What? First Ever Swim from Sleeping Bear Dunes to N. Manitou Island!

Where? Sleeping Bear Dunes to North Manitou Island (7 miles)
How? One stroke at a time.
Who? Mr. Michigan of course. (But he’ll have some friends on boats following along)
Full Details:
No one has ever swam from Michigan’s mainland to the Manitou Islands! Mr. Michigan aims to change that this August! We’ll be partnering with National Park Service at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore to make it happen. We’ll also be highlighting the awesomeness that is Sleeping Bear Dunes and North and South Manitou Islands. If you’ve never visited the dunes or camped on the Islands, you’re missing out!
